President Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete was greeted by Mr. Groups P. Walter, who is chairman of the Community of Tanzanians in Singapore the day he met and talked with them. Mr. Groups, who is the project manager of the construction giant that APCO PTE LTD Singapore, is a father of Alvin. On his right is his wife, Mama Alvin.
